产业融合视域下甘蔗产业发展研究——基于广西甘蔗主产区数据的分析

摘　　要：在农业产业融合理论框架下,对2010至2017年广西甘蔗主产区数据进行分析,从甘蔗一二三产业融合成果和产业融合发展带动效益两方面进行关键要素筛选,遴选出6个二级指标18个三级指标,构建了甘蔗一二三产业融合度测算指标体系。采用层次分析法与熵值法相结合的主客观赋权法确定指标体系权重,进而对甘蔗一二三产业融合发展指数进行测算。通过对甘蔗产业融合发展阶段、融合发展成果及效益以及融合发展短板的分析,为推动未来中国甘蔗产业融合发展,提供了相关数据支撑。Under the theoretical framework of agricultural industry convergence,the data of main sugarcane producing areas in Guangxi from 2010 to 2017 were analyzed,the key elements were selected from two aspects,one was the achievements of sugarcane industry convergence,the other was the benefit driven by industrial convergence and development.6 secondary indicators and 18 tertiary indicators were chosen and used to construct the index system for measuring the convergence degree of sugarcane primary,secondary and tertiary industries.After calculating the index system weight under AHP and entropy method,then the integrated development index of sugarcane industry was calculated.Finally the convergence development stage,achievements and benefits of sugarcane industry,as well as the short board of convergence development were analyzed,which provided data support for the future development of sugarcane industry in China from the perspective of industry convergence.
