集束化护理在ICU患者行CRRT体外循环中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析集束化护理在ICU患者行CRRT(连续肾脏替代疗法)体外循环中的应用方式及效果。方法将我院2019年1月~12月收治的50例行CRRT体外循环治疗的ICU患者纳入临床研究。均分2组。基本组ICU患者行常规护理,讨论组ICU患者行集束化护理。分别比较两组的滤器凝血有效率、体外循环通畅率等相关指标。结果讨论组滤器凝血有效率显著高于基本组,组间差异较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);讨论组体外循环通畅率显著高于基本组,组间差异较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者行CRRT体外循环治疗时,予以其集束化护理干预,有助于提高患者的滤器凝血有效率,增强其体外循环通畅率,进而获得显著的临床效果,值得在护理工作中积极应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application and effect of bundled nursing in ICU patients undergoing CRRT(continuous renal replacement therapy)cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods Fifty ICU patients treated with CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital from January to December 2019 were included in the clinical study.Divided into 2 groups.ICU patients in the basic group were given routine care,and ICU patients in the discussion group were given cluster care.Respectively compare the two groups of filter coagulation efficiency,extracorporeal circulation patency rate and other related indicators.Results The effective rate of filter coagulation in the discussion group was significantly higher than that in the basic group,and the difference between the groups was large,P<0.05;Conclusion When ICU patients undergo CRRT cardiopulmonary bypass treatment,the intervention of bundled nursing is helpful to improve the efficiency of the patient's filter coagulation,enhance the patency rate of the cardiopulmonary bypass,and then obtain significant clinical results.
