摘 要:为研究青海柴达木盆地小型兽类及体表寄生蚤的种群结构,探讨该地区的小型兽类及体表寄生蚤的空间分布格局。采用铗夜法共捕获小型兽类1007只,隶属于3目6科14属15种,小型兽类成体占大多数,雌雄比例相近。共梳检体表寄生蚤2008匹蚤,隶属于3总科5科14属30种,雌蚤数量远大于雄蚤,角叶蚤总科的蚤数量最多。结果显示子午沙鼠、小毛足鼠是柴达木盆地的优势种,蚤类的组成和分布状况随地理环境、气候条件、植被和宿主动物等情况的差异而不同。To study the population structure and explore the spatial distribution of small mammals and their parasitic fleas in Qaidam Basin of Qinghai Province,we captured 1007 small mammals using the night trapping method.Captures represented 3 mammalian orders,6 families,14 genera and 15 species.The captured mammals were with almost equal proportions of male and female,and most captured mammals were adults.A total of 2008 parasitic fleas belonging to 3 superfamilies,5 families,14 genera and 30 species were combed from the small mammals,and female fleas were more numerous than male fleas.Fleas of the family Ceratophyllidae were most abundant.Dominant flea species were Meriones meridianus and Phodopus roborocvskiii.The composition and distribution of fleas varied with geographical environment,climatic conditions,vegetation and host.
