脉冲澄清池在琅岐海峡水厂中的应用

摘　　要：琅岐海峡水厂是福建省第一座采用上向流炭吸附反应脉冲澄清池的水厂。通过脉冲澄清池的应用优势,阐明其在琅岐海峡水厂的应用合理性,并介绍主体设计参数和优化的设计细节。脉冲澄清池在5 NTU低温、低浊及正常浊度小于等于30 NTU情况下,可保证出水浊度不大于3 NTU;原水浊度小于1000 NTU时,出水浊度不大于6 NTU;暴雨期1000 NTU及以上浊度情况下,出水浊度可保证在10 NTU以内。同时,脉冲澄清池设备少,运行管理精度要求高,今后需在运行管理方面进一步关注,积累经验。Langqi Strait Water Plant is the first water plant in Fujian Province to adopt the pulse clarifier of up flow carbon adsorption reaction.The application of pulse clarifier is used in Langqi Strait Water Plant,and the main design parameters&optimization design details are introduced.Under the condition of low temperature,low turbidity and normal turbidity of 5 NTU and less than 30 NTU,the effluent turbidity of pulse clarifier is less than 30 NTU,the turbidity of the effluent cannot be greater than 3 NTU;when the turbidity of raw water is less than 1000 NTU,the turbidity of the effluent is not greater than 6 NTU,and the turbidity of the effluent can be guaranteed within 10 NTU in the case of 1000 NTU and above in rainstorm period.At the same time,the equipment of pulse clarifier is few and the operation management precision is high.In the future,it should pay more attention to the operation management&accumulate experience.
