摘 要:通过对华南虎3只幼虎和5只成年虎粪便微生物16S rRNA基因V4区域进行高通量测序,分析华南虎幼虎和成年虎肠道菌群组成和差异。结果表明,8份样品共检测到501个OTUs,包含17个门和176个属。华南虎幼虎肠道细菌物种Beta多样性显著高于成年虎(P<0.05)。幼虎肠道梭菌纲(Clostridia)、梭菌目(Clostridiales)、梭菌科(Clostridiales)、梭菌属(Clostridiales)、消化链球菌科(Peptostreptococcaceae)以及Lachnoclostridium属细菌丰度显著低于成年虎(P<0.05)。华南虎幼虎与成年虎肠道细菌组成上在纲、目、科、属水平上存在差异显著物种(LDA score>4)。幼虎与成年虎肠道菌群组成的多样性与差异,可为不同年龄阶段华南虎的食物选择提供理论依据。Differences in intestinal microbial community diversity between South China tiger(Panthera tigris amoyensis)cubs and adults were analyzed based on high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene V4 region of fecal microorganisms between 3 south cubs and 5 adults.Results showed that 501 OTUs were obtained from eight fecal samples,representing 17 floral phyla and 176 genera.The species beta diversity of intestinal samples of cub tigers was significantly higher than that of adult tigers(P<0.05).Abundances of Clostridia class,Clostridiales order,Clostridiales family,Clostridiales genus,Peptostreptococcaceae family,and Lachnoclostridium genus in tiger cubs was significantly lower than that of adult tigers(P<0.05).The intestinal floras of cub and adult tigers were different at class,order,family and genus levels(LDA score>4).Diversity of the intestinal microbial communities between cub and adult tigers can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of food for South China tigers of different ages.
