麋鹿尸体灌注固定技术以及应用

摘　　要：珍稀濒危野生动物标本的制作和保存对科研和科普具有重要意义。通过对麋鹿7例尸体进行灌注标本的制作,探讨尸体灌注标本法对珍稀濒危野生动物尸体标本的制作方法和保存应用效果。方法:给麋鹿尸体做颈部切开术,分离出颈静脉,放血后,经颈动脉灌入福尔马林防腐固定液,直到动物机体完全僵硬伸展,外观整体肿胀;对其中6例灌注标本进行解剖,制作了器官浸泡、干制标本、塑化标本。结果表明:6例完成标本制作,成功率达到86%。说明该种灌注方法可以用于珍稀濒危保护野生动物灌注标本的制作和临时保存。麋鹿的灌注标本可应用于兽医学生或者动物学相关专业教学,也可用于制作医学器官浸泡标本、皮毛姿态标本、干制肌肉标本、塑化标本。Production and preservation of rare and endangered wild animal specimens are important for scientific research and development.We summarized experiences after making seven perfusion specimens of milu corpses and investigate the application of cadaveric perfusion techniques in the preservation of wildlife corpses and the preparation of specimens.The neck incision was performed on carcass of milu,the jugular vein was isolated and cut open to let it bleed out,and formalin was injected into the carotid artery until the milu corpses were completely stiff and swollen.Six of the perfused specimens were dissected,and soaked organ specimens,dried muscle specimens,and plasticized specimens were prepared.Six of seven cases(86%)completed the preparation of specimens.This technology of corpse perfusion can be used to make wildlife perfusion specimens and temporary preservation.The milu perfusion specimens can be used in teaching of veterinary students or zoology related majors.The specimens can also be used as medical specimens,fur posture specimens,dried muscle specimens,and plasticized specimens.
