江西省高等教育投入产出效率评析——基于DEA方法视角

摘　　要：以2009—2018年江西高等教育投入产出的相关数据为研究对象,运用DEA模型分别对江西高等教育人才培养与科学研究的资源配置效率进行分析。研究发现,2009—2015年期间,江西高等教育人才培养与科学研究的投入产出都出现过技术与规模弱有效或无效的现象。人才培养配置低效率的原因,既有投入不足也有投入过度,但导致科学研究配置低效率的主要原因是投入不足。不过这种现象在2016—2018年得到了有效调整,人才培养和科学研究都实现了技术与规模双重有效的资源配置状态。研究结论对有关部门优化江西高等教育的师资结构、经费投入和招生计划等具有一定的参考价值。Based on the input-output data of Jiangxi higher education from 2009 to 2018,the DEA model is used to analyze the resource allocation efficiency of talent training and scientific research of Jiangxi higher education.It is found that during 2009-2015,the input-output of Jiangxi higher education talent training and scientific research have been weak or invalid in technology and scale.The reasons for low efficiency of talent training include insufficient investment and high investment,but the main reason for low efficiency of scientific research is insufficient investment.However,this phenomenon has been effectively adjusted in 2016-2018.Both talent training and scientific research have achieved a dual effective resource allocation state of technology and scale.The conclusion of the study has certain reference value for the relevant departments to optimize the teaching staff structure,fund investment and enrollment plan of Jiangxi higher education.
