湖南省农业产业结构与竞争力演进分析——基于动态偏离份额模型  

Analysis on the Evolution of Agricultural Industrial Structure and Competitiveness in Hunan Province——Based on Dynamic Shift Share Model

摘　　要：以湖南2009—2018年的农业产业发展数据为样本,基于动态偏离份额分析法对湖南省农业产业结构与竞争力演进态势进行分析。研究发现:湖南省农业产业在湖南省总体经济发展中的带动性不足,在全国农业产业体系中也处于相对弱势地位,但是总体形势处于向好的趋势;渔业与林业是湖南省农业产业结构中的优势产业,而种植业与畜牧业相对较弱。据此,分别从存量、增量、变量上提出推进农业供给结构战略性调整、促进优势产业企业联动性助推、深化智慧农业建设科技性应用的对策建议。Taking the agricultural industry development data of Hunan Province in 2009 and 2018 as the sample,this paper analyzes the evolution trend of agricultural industrial structure and competitiveness in Hunan Province based on dynamic shift share analysis method.The results show that:The agricultural industry is insufficient in leading the overall economic development of Hunan Province,and it is in a relatively weak position in the national agricultural industry system,but the overall situation is in a good trend;fishery and forestry are the dominant industries in the agricultural industrial structure of Hunan Province,while the planting and animal husbandry are relatively weak.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the strategic adjustment of agricultural supply structure,promoting the linkage of advantageous industrial enterprises,and deepening the scientific and technological application of smart agriculture construction from the aspects of stock,increment and variable.
