摘 要:由于矿山乱掘及无序开发等现象频发,造成区域开挖面陡峭、强腐蚀性、山体破碎、地形复杂等情况,对矿山污染治理造成一定难度。基于倾斜摄影测量技术基本原理,提出自适应地形航摄思路,通过优化航线规划设计、像控点布设方案及数据生产流程,对安徽某矿山进行倾斜摄影测量及数据处理,得到了复杂地形地貌条件下高精度三维实景模型成果,大幅度提高了矿山污染源调查效率,为矿山污染治理提供了科学的数据支撑,使得矿山污染治理工作更加精细和准确,可为今后同类矿山污染治理提供借鉴。Due to the frequent occurrence of random excavation and disorderly development in mines,the regional excavation face is steep,highly corrosive and broken with complex terrain in the area,which makes it difficult to control mine pollution.Based on the basic principles of oblique photogrammetry technology,the idea of aerial photography with terrain self-adaption was proposed.By optimizing route planning and design,image control point layout plan and data production process,oblique photogrammetry and data processing of a mine in Anhui were carried out to obtain the high-precision three-dimensional real-world model under complex terrain and landform conditions.The application of oblique aerial photography has greatly improved the efficiency of mine pollution source investigation,provided scientific data support for mine pollution control,and made mine pollution control more precise and accurate,which can provide reference for similar mine pollution control in the future.
