摘  要:位于库区的堤防工程,一般具有水位高、水面宽、流速缓的特点,即“高静水位”。现有堤防工程护岸多为迎水面全面衬砌,同时坡脚设护脚齿墙,工程投资较大。根据基础冲刷特性和水位变幅区内波浪浸蚀特性,提出在高静水位下的堤防迎水面下部会形成“安全区”,在安全区内不设衬砌防护;同时,取消坡脚的齿墙,经过稳定分析,该方案可行,每延米护岸投资节省43.58%,具有显著的经济效益。The embankment project located in the reservoir area generally has the characteristics of high water level,wide water surface,and slow flow velocity,i.e."high static water level".Most of the existing embankment revetments are fully lined on the water facing surface,meanwhile,the slope toe is designed with angle protection tooth walls,which requires a large investment in the project.According to the scouring characteristics of the foundation and the wave erosion characteristics in the water level amplitude zone,it is proposed that the lower part of the embankment facing the water under the high static water level will form a"safe zone",and lining protection is not necessary in the safe zone;meanwhile,the tooth wall at the slope toe is also canceled.After stability analysis,the proposal is feasible which saves 43.58%of the bank protection investment per linear meter,and has significant economic benefits.
