摘  要:干热地区全球分布广泛,其气候特征表现为年平均气温高、降雨量小蒸发量大、日照时间长、太阳辐射强、昼夜温差大,对碾压混凝土大仓面快速施工及温控防裂不利。依托干热地区鲁地拉水电站工程高碾压混凝土重力坝,结合干热地区气候特点,对干热地区高碾压混凝土重力坝温度控制开展系统研究。提出了适用于干热地区温控的气候判定条件,V C值、仓面覆盖时间、保湿保温及仓面小气候等控制指标和工艺要求。首次在干热地区高碾压混凝土重力坝对PL掺合料(磷渣粉+石灰石粉)开展系统研究,得到了PL掺合料细度、磨细工艺、掺配比例对碾压混凝土性能的影响规律,优化了配合比,改善混凝土性能,节省了工程投资。通过对干热地区高碾压混凝土重力坝施工期温度应力及其温控措施、提出了适合干热地区工程实际的综合防裂措施。成果可广泛应用在“一带一路”涉及到的中非、西非、中亚和西亚干热地区,应用前景广阔。The dry and hot areas are widely distributed around the world,and their climate are characterized by high annual average temperature,low rainfall and large evaporation,long sunshine time,strong solar radiation,and large temperature difference between day and night which are unfavorable for rapid construction of large concreting surface RCC and temperature control and crack prevention.Based on the high RCC gravity dam project of Ludila hydropower station in the hot and dry area,combined with the climate characteristics of the hot and dry area,the temperature control of the high RCC gravity dam in the hot and dry area is systematically studied in this paper.The climate judgment conditions suitable for temperature control in dry and hot areas,V C value,concreting surface coverage time,moisturizing and heat preservation,and concreting surface microclimate control indicators and process requirements are proposed.For the first time,a systematic study of PL admixture(phosphorus slag powder+limestone powder)was carried out in a high-roller-compacted concrete gravity dam in dry and hot areas.The effects of the fineness of the PL admixture,the grinding process and the mixing proportion on the RCC performance were obtained,the mixing proportion was optimized,the concrete performance was improved,and the project investment was saved.Based on the temperature stress and temperature control measures during the construction period of high-roller-compacted concrete gravity dam in dry-hot areas,comprehensive crack control measures suitable for engineering in dry-hot areas are proposed.The results can be widely used in the dry and hot regions of Central Africa,West Africa,Central Asia and West Asia involved in the"Belt and Road Initiative"and the application prospects are promising.
