摘 要:城市暗涵大多位于人口及建筑物密集区,传统人工清淤效率低、占地面积大、臭味四溢、泥水乱洒,不但给周边市容及人民生活带来严重影响,而且施工过程中存在一定安全隐患。为了解决上述难题,介绍一种箱涵清淤机器人及采用机器人进行暗涵疏浚的施工工艺,并将其应用在深圳龙岗区暗涵清淤工程。实践表明,采用机器人清淤可以有效杜绝安全事故,提高作业效率,获得了良好的经济价值和社会价值。Urban concealed culverts are mostly located in densely populated and built-up areas.Traditional artificial dredging is inefficient,covers a large area,overflows with odors,and muddy water is spilled everywhere,which not only has a serious impact on the surrounding city appearance and people's lives,but also has certain safety risks during the construction process.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,a box culvert dredging robot and the construction technology of dredging the culvert by robot are introduced and applied to the culvert dredging project in Longgang District,Shenzhen.Engineering practice shows that the use of robots for dredging can effectively eliminate safety accidents,improve work efficiency,and obtain good economic and social value.
