摘  要:针对钢闸门设计规范中,弧门斜支臂扭角公式理解困难,且该公式在斜三支臂弧门扭角计算中应用存在偏差的问题,文章运用几何分析方法首先阐明了斜二支臂弧门“单根支臂偏斜角”与“支臂偏斜角”的区别和联系,基于此推导了斜二支臂弧门的“支臂扭角公式”,并验证了该公式与规范扭角公式的一致性;分析斜三支臂弧门扭角运用规范公式计算时偏差产生的原因,推导得出了上(下)支臂在垂直于中支臂轴线垂直剖面上的“支臂扭角公式”和“支臂偏转角公式”,最后运用三维建模技术验证了推导公式的正确性。文章得出的统一“支臂扭角公式”结构简单,计算方便,适用于斜支臂弧形闸门的所有结构形式,可为今后弧门支臂的设计提供理论依据,为规范的更加全面合理提供理论支撑。In view of the difficulty in understanding the torsion angle formula of the oblique arm of the arc gate in the steel gate design code,and the deviation of this formula in the calculation of the torsion angle of the oblique three-arm arc gate,the article first clarifies the difference and connection between the"single arm deflection angle"and the"arm deflection angle"of the oblique two-arm arc gate,based on this,the"arm torsion angle formula"of the oblique two-arm arc gate is derived and the consistency with the standard torsion angle formula is verified;the article analyzes the cause for the deviation when the torsion angle of the oblique three-arm arc gate is calculated with the standard formula,and derive the"arm torsion angle formula"and"arm deflection angle formula"of the upper(lower)support arm on the vertical section perpendicular to the middle support arm axis.The formula of arm torsion angle and the formula of arm deflection angle are finally verified using three-dimensional modeling technology.The unified"arm torsion angle formula"derived in the article is simple in structure and convenient to calculate.It is suitable for all types of oblique arm arc gates.It can provide theoretical basis for the design of arc gate arms in the future and theoretical support for the integrity and feasibility of the design code.
