摘 要:为分析某水电站工程放水孔的泄流能力和泄槽的水力特性,应用FLUENT6.3软件、标准k-ε紊流模型,对某水电站放水孔泄槽部位进行数值模拟,得到其闸门泄量和泄槽部位的水力学特性,并得到不同水位工况下的流量、流态、流线和流速的分布规律。自由水面的捕捉采用VOF法,应用半隐式SIMPLE(Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations)算法求解速度与压力耦合方程组,将数值模拟结果与水力学公式法的结果相互验证,验证其初步设计孔口尺寸的合理性,对工程应用具有借鉴意义。In order to analyze the discharge capacity of the drainage hole of a hydropower station and the hydraulic characteristics of the discharge channel,the FLUENT6.3 software and the standard k-εturbulence model are used to perform numerical simulation on the discharge channel of a hydropower station,and obtain the gate discharge and hydraulic characteristics at the discharge channel.In addition,the flow rate,flow pattern,streamline and velocity distribution law under different water level and working conditions are obtained.The free water surface is simulated with the VOF method,and the SIMPLE(Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations)algorithm is used to solve the velocity and pressure coupling equations,and the results of the numerical simulation and the hydraulic formula method are mutually verified to check the rationality of the design orifice size.The analysis in the paper is of practical reference for engineering applications.
