摘　　要：目的探讨人工智能(AI)HRCT在成人麻疹肺炎中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析40例成人麻疹肺炎,其中30例图像可以进行AI分析,比较影像科医师与AI读取HRCT病变分布及密度是否存在差异。用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果成人麻疹肺炎HRCT表现以肺间质改变为主。29例出现小叶间隔增厚及网格影(72.5%),26例出现小片状或大片状磨玻璃密度影(65.0%),10例患者部分合并实变影(25.0%),9例可见微结节及小结节(22.5%),3例出现马赛克征(7.5%),2例可见索条影(5.0%),5例合并胸腔积液(12.5%),5例合并心包积液(12.5%),1例合并纵隔气肿(2.5%)。20例病变累及>3个肺叶(50.0%)。AI读取HRCT与影像科医师读片在肺炎性病变分析与密度差异无统计学意义。AI尚无法读出心包积液及胸腔积液等合并症。结论人工智能HRCT在成人麻疹肺炎的诊疗中有重要应用价值。其自动检出病变,准确性高,可以节省大量时间。对病变分布、范围、密度精准量化,使得结果更加准确客观;自动对比,对同一患者治疗前后病变范围及密度精准测量。Objective To explore the application value of artificial intelligence(AI)HRCT in adult measles pneumonia.Methods A retrospective study of 40 cases of adult measles pneumonia was carried out,30 of which could be analyzed by AI.The differences of HRCT lesion distribution and density between radiologists and AI were compared.Spss19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results HRCT findings of adult measles pneumonia were mainly interstitial changes.There was no significant difference in the score and density of pneumonia lesions between AI and radiologist.And AI has the following advantages:automatic detection of lesions,high accuracy,and saving a lot of time.Accurate quantification of lesion distribution,range and density made the results more accurate and objective,automatic comparison,accurate measurement of lesion range and density for the same patient before and after treatment.Conclusion Artificial intelligence HRCT has important application value in the diagnosis and treatment of adult measles pneumonia.
