益气活血通阳法不同配比促兔缺血心肌血管新生作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同组方的安心颗粒对急性心肌梗死兔梗死边缘区心肌及主动脉斑块内新生血管密度的影响,探索益气活血通阳法对心肌梗死兔心脏的促血管新生作用及其副反应的影响。方法建立兔动脉粥样硬化和急性心肌梗死双模型,使用不同配比安心颗粒连续灌胃给药10周,检测梗死边缘区心肌及主动脉斑块内新生血管密度。结果安心颗粒中药干预组中,红参与水蛭比例10∶4组可显著增加缺血心肌区新生血管密度,10∶4中药组缺血心肌区CD 34阳性反应强度高于模型组(P<0.05),与西药对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各中药组主动脉壁区CD 34阳性反应强度未见升高。结论益气活血药物的合理配比可促进梗死边缘区血管新生,同时未见促进动脉斑块内血管新生的副作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongyang method(Anxin Granule)on the neovascularization density in the infarct border area and aortic plaque in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to explore its effect on angiogenesis and side effects in rabbits with myocardial infarction.Methods Double models of atherosclerosis and acute myocardial infarction were established in rabbits.Anxin Granules with different proportions were given by gavage for 10 weeks.The density of neovascularization in myocardial and aortic plaques of infarct margin was detected.Results In Anxin granule intervention group,the ratio of red ginseng and leech in 10/4 group could significantly increase the density of neovascularization in ischemic myocardial area.The positive reaction intensity of CD34 in Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in sham operation group and model group(P<0.05).At the same time,the intensity of CD34 positive reaction in aortic wall did not increase.Conclusion The reasonable ratio of Yiqi Huoxue drugs can promote angiogenesis in the infarct border area and there was no effect of promoting angiogenesis in arterial plaques.
