摘 要:2014-2018年在自贡农团稻瘟病重发区建立田间自然诱发稻瘟病圃,用7个水稻稻瘟病菌鉴别品种对病圃进行评价,结果显示,该病圃分离出7群26个病菌生理小种。分析该病圃稻瘟病菌小种演变的特点,发现2014年该病圃ZA群、ZB群为优势种群,ZC群为主要种群之一,2018年优势种群只有ZB群。对9283份(次)水稻品种的稻瘟病抗性进行评价,发现2017年供试材料叶瘟、颈瘟发病表现呈显著正相关,其余年份叶瘟、颈瘟发病的相关性未达到显著水平。In 2014-2018,a natural nursery of rice blast was established in severe occurrence region of Nongtuan in Zigong,7 differential rice varieties of China were used to analyze the physiological races collected from the natural rice blast nursery of Nongtuan.The results showed that the blast isolates were categorized into 7 groups with 26 races,and that ZA and ZB were the dominant groups,the ZC was the main group in 2014.The ZB was the only main group in 2018.In 2014-2018,9283 rice materials were tested and identified,and the result of correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive relationship between leaf blast and neck blast in 2017,but no significant correlation in the other years.
