摘  要:以海滨木槿和木槿干种子为材料,进行不同剂量(200-500 Gy)的辐照处理,分析辐照对其种子发芽率、成苗率和幼苗株高、地径及节间长的影响,探讨两种木槿电子束辐照的适宜剂量和诱变效应。结果表明:在辐照剂量范围内,两种木槿种子发芽率和成苗率均有所下降,其中成苗率随辐照剂量增加显著降低;在较高剂量(350 Gy以上)辐照下,海滨木槿幼苗的株高、地径和节间长均显著降低,在较低剂量(200 Gy)辐照下,其幼苗株高显著升高,200-300 Gy辐照组地径显著降低,节间长无显著变化;不同辐照组木槿幼苗株高显著降低,地径与节间长无显著变化。根据成苗率和幼苗诱变效应分析,估算海滨木槿干种子电子束适宜辐照剂量为195.18-292.76 Gy,木槿为161.58-242.36 Gy;电子束辐照在高剂量下显著抑制两种木槿幼苗的生长,低剂量下有促进海滨木槿株高增加的作用,但对木槿幼苗株高有抑制作用。The seeds of Hibiscus hamabo and H.syriacus were irradiated with different doses(200-500 Gy)of electron beam.The effects of irradiation on seed germination rate,seedling rate,seedling height,ground diameter and internode length of the 2 Hibiscus species were analyzed,and the suitable dose and mutagenic effects were studied.The results showed that the seed germination rate and seedling rate of the 2 Hibiscus species decreased in the radiation dose range,and the seedling rate decreased significantly with the increase of irradiation dose.The plant height,ground diameter and internode length of H.hamabo seedlings decreased significantly under high dose(above 350 Gy);the seedling height increased significantly under low dose(200 Gy);the ground diameter decreased significantly in the 200-300 Gy irradiation group,and the internode length had no significant change.The plant height of H.syriacus seedlings decreased significantly in different irradiation groups,but the ground diameter and internode length had no significant changes.According to the analysis of seedling rate and mutation effects,it was estimated that the suitable irradiation dose of electron beam for dry seeds of H.hamabo was 195.18-292.76 Gy and that of H.syriacus was 161.58-242.36 Gy.Electron beam irradiation significantly inhibited the seedling growth of the 2 Hibiscus species at high dose,promoted the seedling growth of H.hamabo at low dose,but inhibited the seedling height of H.syriacus at low dose.
