摘  要:为探讨麦长管蚜的抗性机理,为麦蚜的区域化治理和可持续控制提供科学依据,采用玻璃管药膜法测定山西省南部麦区3个不同地理种群麦长管蚜对5种不同杀虫剂的抗药性,并分析麦长管蚜对供试药剂的抗药性水平与不同解毒酶活性之间的相关性。结果表明:山西省南部麦区麦长管蚜种群对抗蚜威、毒死蜱抗性呈低至中抗,对吡虫啉的抗性水平处于敏感或敏感性下降阶段,对啶虫咪和高效氯氰菊酯无抗性或仅处于敏感水平;韩村、张礼种群麦长管蚜3种解毒酶活性相比室内敏感种群均有显著提高,洪堡种群仅谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性有显著提高;羧酸酯酶、多功能氧化酶与谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶3种解毒酶共同作用可降解吡虫啉对麦长管蚜的毒性,其中,羧酸酯酶、多功能氧化酶起正向效应,谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶起间接效应;谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性对抗蚜威抗药性起主要作用;羧酸酯酶对毒死蜱抗性呈现正向效应。In order to explore the resistance mechanism of wheat aphid,and provide scientific basis for regional management and sustainable control of wheat aphid,the resistance of Sitobion avenae to five different insecticides in three different geographical populations in the southern Shanxi wheat region was measured by the glass tube drug film method and the correlation between the insecticide resistance level and the detoxification enzyme activity were clarified.The results showed that the Sitobion avenae population in the southern part of the province had a low to moderate resistance against pirimicarb and chlorpyrifos,and was sensitive or decreased sensitivity to imidacloprid.It had no resistance or only sensitive level to acetamiprid and beta cypermethrin.The activities of three detoxification enzymes in the Han Cun and Zhang Li populations were significantly higher than those in the indoor sensitive population.The activity of GST was significantly increased in the population of Hong Bao.GarE、GST and MFO could degrade the toxicity of imidacloprid to Sitobion avenae.GarE and MFO had a positive effect,while GST had an indirect effect.GST level played a major role on pirimicarb resistance.Only GarE had a positive effect on chlorpyrifos resistance,and the correlation showed a significant positive correlation.
