农地流转价格过高会威胁到国家粮食安全

摘　　要：影响国家粮食安全的因素有很多,其中,农地流转价格上涨对粮食生产的影响不容忽视。农地流转价格上涨的主要成因可归纳为:一是企业家的盲目自信;二是农地的垄断性;三是农民对地租的心理价位脱离了市场规律;四是农地流转的协调成本较高;五是一些涉农政策,推动了地租上涨。农地流转价格的不理性上涨必然挫伤农业经营主体的积极性,加重耕地非粮化和非农化趋势。There are many factors affecting the national food security,among which,the impact of increase in the price of agricultural land circulation on food production cannot be ignored.The main causes of the increase can be summarized as follows:the blind confidence of entrepreneurs,the monopoly of agricultural lands,the deviation of farmers'psychological price of land rent from the law of the market,the high coordination cost of farmland circulation,and the influence of some agricultural policies.The irrational increase of farmland transfer price will inevitably dampen the enthusiasm of the main agricultural operators and aggravate the trend of non-grain and non-agricultural cultivated land.
