心理学视角下的图书馆读者焦虑情态探析

摘　　要：图书馆读者焦虑是一种复杂的情感状态和心理障碍,是读者在利用图书馆时因多种因素所衍生的不适感,具有不可避免性。笔者参考调查结果,结合读者到馆动机、个体接触环境等相关因素,从心理学角度剖析读者焦虑感的产生与认知、情感、生理及刺激场的相关性,提出弱化焦虑的双关因素。The anxiety of library readers is a kind of complex emotional state and psychological obstacle.It is the discomfort derived from many factors when the readers are in the library,and it is inevitable.Refering to the survey results,the author analyzes the correlation between readers' anxiety and cognition,emotion,physiology and stimulation field from the psychological point of view,and puts forward the pun factors of weakening anxiety.
