摘　　要：从优秀女性辅导员的职业成长生涯来观察,女性辅导员的生活体验在高校思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。生涯初期的亲和朋辈阶段,对学生思想教育的切入感性直接。生涯成长期,柔性坚韧“女汉子”形象凸显,善于综合把握学生思想动态,预防和化解学生各类思想困惑与问题。生涯稳定期,能够从理性和感性着手,相互嵌入融合关注学生的变化,形成思想教育输入与接受的共同体。最后,能够将学生成才与个人事业发展相结合来守望期待。透视优秀女性辅导员职业生涯和成长的主线,可以看到责任担当与事业忠诚是推动其工作的动力与保障;她们的工作性质与绩效,更是与忠诚于党和人民的教育事业密切相关。From the perspective of career growth of excellent female counselors,the life experience of female counselors plays an important role in the ideological and political education.In the early stage of life,the affinity and peer stage are directly perceptual to students’ideological education.In the period of career growth,the image of flexible and tenacious“man-like females”is prominent.They are good at comprehensively grasping the ideological trends of students,preventing and resolving various ideological difficulties and problems of students.In the period of career stability,they can start from rationality and sensibility,integrating with each other to form a community of input and output of ideological education.Finally,they should be able to combine students’success with personal career development to for good expectation.From the perspective of the main line of career and growth of excellent female counselors,responsibility and career loyalty are the driving force and guarantee to promote their work.Furthermore,the nature and performance of counselor’s ideological and political work are closely related to the education about being loyal to the party and the people.
