摘 要:研究生安全事件时有发生,隐患不容忽视。从研究生教育管理者的视角看,研究生校园安全工作存在应急演练少、教育效果不佳、缺乏应急预案等短板。构建研究生校园长效机制,必须从教育者、受教育者和教育措施三个方面着手。就教育者而言,研究生教育管理者要注重“视界融合”;就受教育者而言,要把握研究生自身存在的不足;就教育措施而言,应夯实“四强”工作,即加强研究生心理健康教育,加强研究生安全隐患排查,增强应急演练,增强研究生安全教育实效。Postgraduate safety incidents occur from time to time and hidden dangers cannot be ignored.From the perspective of education administrators,there is a lack of emergency drills,unsatisfactory effect of safety education of postgraduates,and a lack of contingency plans and other shortcomings.To construct the long-term mechanism of safety of postgraduates on campus,we must start from three aspects:educators,students and educational measures.As far as educators are concerned,the educators of postgraduates should pay attention to the fusion of horizons.As far as students are concerned,they should understand the shortcomings of themselves.As far as educational measures are concerned,the work of the“top four”should be consolidated,i.e.strengthening mental health education of postgraduates,paying close attention to safety hazards of postgraduates,increasing emergency drills,and enhancing the effectiveness of safety education of postgraduates.
