摘 要:为改善怠速条件下汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)再生带来的热害问题,设计试验对怠速再生模式下的GPF排气温度变化和零部件热害情况进行了测试。结果表明:常用的单一控制点火提前角策略无法保证稳定的GPF入口排气温度,应增加排气温度精确控制逻辑;逐步降低排气温度,使尽可能多的零部件达到耐温要求,再对仍然未达标零部件采取局部隔热措施的方法可以较好地保证整车热害性能;关闭发动机罩进行GPF怠速再生时散热更优。In order to reduce the heat damage caused by GPF idling regeneration,a program to test the GPF exhaust temperature change and vehicle parts heat damage situation under idling regeneration mode is designed.The results show that the GPF exhaust temperature cannot be maintained stable by only controlling the ignition advance angle,the exhaust temperature accurate control logic shall be added.The method of gradually reducing the exhaust temperature to make as many parts as possible to meet the requirements of temperature resistance,and then applying the partial heat insulation countermeasures to the parts which still cannot meet the requirement,can ensure thermal damage performance of the vehicle.At the same time,it is also found that closing the engine hood for GPF idling regeneration is better than opening the engine hood for heat dissipation.
