摘　　要：文章运用文献资料等研究方法,对在新型冠状病毒疫情的影响下的高等院校体育专业毕业生就业困境与机遇进行研究。认为:企业停产倒闭,就业岗位减少、用人单位招聘要求提高、企业在招聘过程中存在性别歧视是造成体育专业毕业生就业困境。帮助体育专业学生认清疫情期间就业发展形式与机遇:国家政策引领居家锻炼之流、“互联网+”战略下推进运动健康APP及电商促进体育产业消费,创新体育专业学生就业观念。建议:国家、社会、学校与个人多元互动衔接,合理促进体育专业毕业生就业。This paper studies the employment dilemma and opportunities of sports major graduates in colleges and universities under the outbreak of COVID-19 by means of literature analysis and other research methods.It is believed that the employment dilemma of sports major graduates is caused by the fact that enterprises stop production and collapse which means that the employment opportunities are reduced while the recruitment requirements of employers are increased.Another factor is that gender discrimination occurs in the recruitment process.Therefore it is a must to help sports major graduates understand the employment's fbnns and opportunities during the epidemic,the national policies which leads the way in exercising at home,sports and health APP under the promotion of"Internet+strategy",E—commerce promoting the consumption of sports industry,as well as the innovation employment idea of sports major graduates.In the end,this paper suggests that the state,the society,the school and individuals need more interaction,promoting the employment of sports major graduates reasonably.
