摘  要:基于某型号航空轮胎的几何尺寸与材料参数,采用有限元方法建立轮胎二维和三维有限元模型,研究不同充气压力和负荷下胎体帘线应力和轮胎变形规律。结果表明:随着充气压力增大,胎体帘线应力增大;随着负荷的增大,胎体帘线应力增大,最大应力出现在轮胎中心高度上的胎肩附近;充气后胎体帘线在中间产生突起,加载后离地端帘线变形类似进一步充气,而接地端帘线中间位置与路面贴合,胎侧产生较大突起。可通过结构设计改善航空轮胎骨架材料力学性能。Based on the geometric size and material parameters of a certain type of aircraft tire,two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element models of the tire were established by using finite element method.The carcass cord stress and tire deformation under different inflation pressures and loads were investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of inflation pressure,the stress of carcass cord increased.With the increase of load,the stress of carcass cord increased,and the maximum stress appeared near the shoulder of tire center height.After inflation,the carcass cord was bulged in the middle.With loading,the deformation of the cord away from the ground end was similar to that under further inflation.However,the middle position of the cord close to the ground end fit the road surface,and the sidewall was bulged greatly.The mechanical property of aircraft tire skeleton material could be improved by structural design.
