摘  要:随着VRLA电池在新能源领域的推广应用,以及Pb-Ca系列合金、电池内化成技术在电池生产中的普及,电池结构及铅膏特性发生了诸多变化,电池在使用过程中的失效模式也发生了许多变化。这就为分析和解决各种电池的寿命受限因素带来了新的挑战。笔者以市场主打产品12 V/20 Ah电池作为对象,对影响电池深循环寿命的关键性因素进行分析,为电池深循环性能的提升提供了理论和事实依据。With the popularization and application of VRLA batteries in the field of new energy,as well as the popularity of Pb-Ca series alloys,battery formation technology in battery production,the type of failure mode of batteries in the process of use has also undergone many changes.The valve-controlled design of the lead-acid battery and the application of the internalization technology of the battery have caused many changes in the structure of the battery and the characteristics of the lead paste.If such problems are solved thoroughly,the battery will have high specific energy,long cycle life and high rate discharge characteristics.This paper aims at the market main product 12V/20Ah battery as the research object,starting from the key factors that affect the deep cycle life of the battery,provides the theoretical and factual basis for the improvement of the deep cycle performance of the battery.
