摘　　要：文化景观遗产具有遗产保护和社区发展的双重属性,这决定了其保护与管理需要多元主体“人”的参与。文章在辨析社区参与和文化景观遗产保护关系的基础上,提出社区居民参与文化景观遗产共建的保护观点,并选取社区参与遗产地共建成效显著的普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观遗产地为案例地,通过田野调查、深度访谈与资料分析,总结提炼普洱景迈山古茶林文化景观遗产社区治理的“同心互助”单元化管理模式,并细化分解为推行基础、基本原则、推行机制、操作重点,以期为同类型遗产地协调社区居民发展与文化景观遗产保护提供一定的示范作用与方法借鉴。Cultural landscape heritage has the dual attributes of heritage protection and community development,which determines that its protection and management requires the participation of multiple“human”subjects.Based on the analysis of the relationship between community participation and the protection of cultural landscape heritage,this paper puts forward the protection view of community residents participating in the construction of cultural landscape heritage,and selects the ancient tea forest cultural landscape of Jingmai Mountain in Pu’er City as a case study where the community participation in the construction of the heritage site has achieved significant results.Through field investigations,in-depth interviews and data analysis,the“concentric and mutual assistance”unitary management model of Pu’er Jingmai Mountain ancient tea forest cultural landscape heritage community governance was summarized and analyzed,and break down into basic principles,implementation mechanisms,working methods and operational focus,hoping to provide a certain demonstration role and method reference for similar heritage sites to coordinate the development of community residents and the protection of cultural landscape heritage.
