摘  要:为了研究CO2对不同植物生长发育、产量和品质的影响,综述了CO2浓度升高对植物生长发育、产量、品质和其他性状的影响,深入分析了CO2浓度升高对植物的生长发育影响。CO2浓度升高直接影响植物的光合作用和气孔导度、改变碳-氮平衡、细胞周期特性和激素代谢,同时提高作物产量,促进植物中可溶性糖、可滴定有机酸、可溶性固形物、糖酸比、维生素等含量的提高,改善水果蔬菜的风味。为全面研究CO2对生态环境的影响,将CO2技术应用于农作物,实现未来粮食作物的供求平衡,改善粮食的品质提供理论基础。In order to study the specific quality effects of CO2 on different plant growth,yield and quality,the effects of elevated CO2 concentration on plant growth,yield,quality and other traits were reviewed in the paper.It was found that CO2 concentration increased affected plant growth,directly affects photosynthesis and stomatal conductance,changed carbon-nitrogen balance,cell cycle characteristics and hormone metabolism.At the same time,CO2 concentration increased could increase crop yields and promote the increase of soluble sugars,titrable organic acids,soluble solids,sugar-acid ratio,and vitamins in plants,meanwhile,it could improve the flavor of fruits and vegetables.It is one of the most promising methods to achieve future food production goals for comprehensively study the impact of CO2 on ecological environment,CO2 technology can be applied to crops to realize the supply and demand of grain crops in the future and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of grain.
