南昌市城市扩张特征与空间格局分析

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程也不断地加快。城市化的首要表现就是城市空间扩展现象,城市的空间扩展是城市化发展的直接表现。通过研究城市化的发展,可以加深对城市化本质的理解,并为城市可持续发展提供有效的空间决策支持。以南昌市为研究对象,利用不同时段南昌市的矢量化数据,通过GIS空间分析的方法,运用单一土地利用动态模型、城市扩展强度指数、城市紧凑度等,定量分析1995—2015年以来南昌市城市扩展时空动态变化的过程和特征。结果表明:1)1995—2015年南昌市建设用地年均扩展速率呈逐渐下降趋势,城市建设用地扩展的速度得到了控制;2)1995—2005年城市扩展的速度与人口增长的速度之间的关系处于不太协调的状态,而2005—2015年间其达到了一个较为协调的状态;3)通过对主城区进行象限方位分析,可知南昌市的建设用地扩展存在着明显的地域差异,其扩展的重心并不是几何中心而是向西南方向在转移。以上结果反映出1995—2015年南昌城市扩展时空分异显著,西南是城市空间扩展的主要方向,同时,南昌市的空间格局整体上越来越紧凑,城市扩张速度加快。With the rapid development of social economy,the process of urbanization is also accelerating.The primary manifestation of urbanization is the phenomenon of urban spatial expansion,which is a direct manifestation of urbanization development.By studying the development of urbanization,we can deepen our understanding of the nature of urbanization and provide effective spatial decision support for sustainable urban development.This paper takes Nanchang city as the research object,uses the vectorized data of Nanchang city in different time periods,and uses GIS spatial analysis methods to use a single land use dynamic model,urban expansion intensity index,urban compactness,etc.,to quantitatively analyze Nanchang since 1995—2015 the process and characteristics of the temporal and spatial dynamics of urban expansion.The results showed that:1)The average annual expansion rate of construction land in Nanchang from 1995—2015 showed a gradual downward trend,and the expansion rate of urban construction land was controlled;2)The rate of urban expansion and population growth from 1995—2005 the relationship between the two is in a less coordinated state,and it has reached a more coordinated state during 2005-2015;3)Through the quadrant orientation analysis of the main urban area,it can be seen that there are obvious regional differences in the expansion of construction land in Nanchang.The center of gravity of its expansion is not the geometric center but is shifting to the southwest.The above results reflect the significant temporal and spatial differentiation of Nanchang's urban expansion from 1995—2015.Southwest is the main direction of urban spatial expansion.At the same time,the overall spatial pattern of Nanchang is becoming more and more compact,and the urban expansion speed is accelerating.
