摘　　要：以江西省上饶市万年县农村集体建设用地为研究对象,通过资料收集法、实地调查法、统计分析法、点密度分析、人均用地指标和人口预测法,对万年县12个乡镇下133个行政村的农村集体建设用地进行整理和测算,结合万年县2035年常住人口用地千里预测结果,得出万年县农村集体建设用地各地类的空间分布特征和未来的潜力挖掘主体,为万年县土地利用和乡村发展提供理论参考,同时为推进万年县土地整治规划实施提供数据和理论的支持。研究结果:1)万年县农村集体建设用地中,宅基地占有最大规模,占比85.76%,为整理潜力最大的主体;2)万年县农村集体建设用地多分布于中部城镇中心区域和西北部平原地区,其他地区分布较少;3)万年县农村集体建设用地的整理潜力为500.48 hm 2,宅基地整理潜力为332.35 hm 2,人均用地超标,整理潜力较大。研究建议:调整建设用地结构(优化用地布局);设法盘活存量建设空间;因地制宜,分步实施。Taking the rural collective construction land in Wannian County of Shangrao City as the research object,through the methods of data collection,field survey,statistical analysis,point density analysis,per capita land use index and population prediction method,the rural collective construction land of 133 administrative villages under 12 townships of Wannian county is sorted and calculated.Combined with the prediction results of permanent population land of Wannian County in 2035,the rural collective construction land of Wannian county is obtained the spatial distribution characteristics and future potential mining subjects of land use types in Wannian county provide theoretical reference for land use and rural development of Wannian county,and provide data and theoretical support for the implementation of land consolidation planning in Wannian county.The results show that:1)among the rural collective construction land in Wannian County,the homestead occupies the largest scale,accounting for 85.76%,it is the main body with the largest potential;2)The rural collective construction land in Wannian county is mostly distributed in the central urban area and the northwest plain area.It is less distributed in other areas;3)The consolidation potential of rural collective construction land in Wannian county is 500.48 hectares,and that of homestead is 332.35 hectares.The per capita land use exceeds the standard and the consolidation potential is large.Research recommendations:adjust the structure of construction land(optimize the layout of land use);try to revitalize the stock construction space;adjust measures to local conditions and implement step by step.
