改善城市停车问题的对策研究——以宁夏银川市为例

摘　　要：文章综合分析法和文献研究法,针对银川的具体情况提出错时停车机制、对社会公共区域地下资源的合理开发利用、架构城市近圈不进圈,外围停车、将人防工程与地下空间利用有机结合方案和措施。研究结果表明:(1)通过提出具体的对策来缓解银川的停车难的城市拥堵问题,需要有关部门提供一些参考和思路,并能为其他城市效用。(2)有效解决城市停车问题应该是一个全面社会化的系统工程,源头上解决停车难、城市拥堵的问题。The article comprehensive analysis method and literature research method,according to the specific situation of Yinchuan,proposes the wrong time parking mechanism,the rational development and utilization of underground resources in social public areas,the construction of the city close to the circle,the outer parking,and the organic combination of civil air defense engineering and underground space utilization Plans and measures.The research results show that:(1)By proposing specific countermeasures to alleviate the urban congestion problem of Yinchuan,which is difficult to park,the relevant departments need to provide some references and ideas,and can be useful for other cities.(2)Effectively solving the problem of urban parking should be a comprehensive socialized system engineering.It must rely on the concerted efforts and special attention of the whole society to solve the problems of parking difficulties and urban congestion from the source.
