摘　　要：目的探讨家庭关怀度联合自我效能感对慢性肾衰竭非透析患者的自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法采用盲选法,选取我院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的行非透析治疗的90例慢性肾衰竭住院患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予家庭关怀度干预和自我效能感评价,对照组采用常规护理方式。比较两组自护能力量表(ESCA)评分、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分、临床依从性和满意度。结果干预后,观察组自护能力多维度评分和生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床依从性和满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭关怀度联合自我效能感的应用,可以增强慢性肾衰竭非透析患者的自护能力,提高其生活质量、依从性和满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of family care combined with self-efficacy on the self-care ability and living quality of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods To select 90 cases of inpatients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 who underwent non-dialysis treatment as the study objects by using a blind selection method,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was given family care intervention and self-efficacy evaluation,and the control group adopted conventional nursing methods to compare the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score,clinical compliance and satisfaction between the two groups.Results After intervention,the multi-dimensional scores of self-care ability and living quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family care combined with self-efficacy can enhance the self-care ability of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal failure,and improve their living quality,compliance and satisfaction.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
