摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育结合行为干预在非酒精性脂肪肝患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2019年5月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者82例,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施健康教育结合行为干预,比较两组护理前后甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)指标水平及生活质量评分、依从性、护理满意度。结果护理干预后研究组TG、ALT、AST指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05),依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育结合行为干预在非酒精性脂肪肝患者中应用,可降低TG、ALT、AST水平,提高患者生活质量、依从性和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of health education combined with behavior intervention in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods To select 82 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 was set as this study subject,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out health education combined with behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The triglyceride(TG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)index levels,quality of life scores,compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing intervention,the TG,ALT and AST index levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education combined with behavioral intervention in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver can reduce the levels of TG,ALT,and AST,and improve the quality of life,compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
