基于互联网的延续康复护理对骨科患者自我效能与日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网的延续康复护理对骨科患者自我效能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年3月我院90例骨科患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取一般性护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行基于互联网的延续康复护理,比较两组自我效能感量表评分、自我护理能力测定量表评分及Barthel指数。结果干预后,观察组自我效能感、自我护理能力和日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网的延续康复护理用于骨科患者中可提升其自我效能、自我护理能力及日常生活能力,加速康复进程。Objective To investigate the effect of internet-based continuing rehabilitation nursing on self-efficacy and daily life ability of orthopedic patients.Methods To select 90 cases of orthopedic patients in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 was set as the studyobjects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table method.The control group took general nursing,and the observation group took internet-based continuous rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy scale score,exercise of self-care agency scale score and Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,self-care ability and daily life ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of internet-based continuous rehabilitation nursing can improve the self-efficacy,self-care ability and daily life ability of orthopedic patients,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
