摘 要:目的探讨聚类分析指导下健康教育对安放宫内节育器(IUD)受术者认知程度、心理状态的影响。方法选取2018年7—12月在本院行IUD安放术的受术者557例为对照组,给予常规健康教育;选取2019年1—7月在本院行IUD安放术的受术者528例为观察组,给予聚类分析指导下的健康教育。随访3个月后比较两组受术者的心理状态、认知程度和性生活质量等指标。结果干预后,观察组的总认知率为82.11%高于对照组的76.85%(P<0.05),观察组的抑郁筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分和广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),女性性功能量表(FSFI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于聚类分析指导下的健康教育能有效提高受术者对IUD相关知识的认知程度,降低抑郁和焦虑感,改善性生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of health education under the guidance of cluster analysis on the awareness and psychological states of recipients with intrauterine device(IUD).Methods To select 557 cases of patients who underwent IUD implantation in our hospital from July to December 2018 were set as an control group that was given the conventional health education.To select 528 cases of patients who underwent IUD implantation in our hospital from January to July 2019 were set as an observation group that was given health education under the guidance of cluster analysis.After 3 months of follow-up,the psychological states,awareness and quality of sexual life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the total cognition rate in the observation group was 82.11%,which was higher than 76.85%in the control group(P<0.05).The patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)score and generalized anxiety disorde-7(GAD-7)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and female sexual function index(FSFI)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the guidance of cluster analysis can effectively improve the recipient’s awareness of IUD-related knowledge and reduce depression and anxiety,and improve the quality of sexual life.
