摘　　要：目的探讨正念减压法对喉癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年11月我院114例喉癌化疗患者为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为对照组58例和研究组56例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上进行正念减压法干预。采用Piper疲乏修订量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表测评癌因性疲乏和睡眠质量。结果化疗前两组患者癌因性疲乏各维度得分、睡眠质量各项得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预8周后研究组癌因性疲乏各维度得分、睡眠质量各项得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用正念减压法可有效降低喉癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏,改善睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness decompression method on cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality in patients undergoing laryngeal cancer chemotherapy.Methods To select 114 cases of patients with laryngeal cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2019 were set as the study objects,and they were divided into 58 cases in a control group and 56 cases in a study group according to the number random table method.The control group received routine care,and the study group received an intervention based on mindfulness decompression on the basis of routine care.the revised Piper fatigue scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were used to evaluate cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the each dimension scores of cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality scores between the two groups before the chemotherapy(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the each dimension scores of cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mindfulness decompression method can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve sleep quality in patients with laryngeal cancer chemotherapy.
