结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式在川崎病患儿延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式的延续护理对川崎病患儿的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年12月我院儿科患有川崎病的住院患儿80例为研究对象,将2018年10月至2019年4月所选患儿40例作为对照组,2019年5—12月所选患儿40例作为试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用三维质量评价模式的延续护理干预,以儿童生存质量测定量表、不良反应发生率、患儿及家属满意度作为干预效果评价指标。结果试验组患儿生存质量得分、满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式的延续护理干预能改善川崎病患儿的生存质量,提高患儿及家属的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional quality evaluation model based on structure-process-result in continuing care on children patients with Kawasaki disease.Methods We selected 80 cases of hospitalized children patients with Kawasaki disease in the department of pediatrics of our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and 40 cases of children patients selected from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected as a control group,the other 40 cases of children patients were selected as a test group from May to December 2019.The control group was given routine care,and the test group adopted the continuous nursing intervention based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model on the basis of the control group.The children’living quality measured scale and the incidence rate of adverse reactions,satisfaction of children and their family members were used as the evaluation indexes of intervention effect.Results The quality of life score and satisfaction in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional quality evaluation model based on structure-process-result in continuing care intervention can improve the living quality of children patients with Kawasaki disease,and improve the satisfaction of children and their family members.
