摘　　要：目的探讨医疗仪器设备报警安全管理的临床效果。方法2018年7月至2019年3月我院综合ICU共有床位30张,在岗护士57名,收集护士、报警仪器一般资料及临床报警管理体验量表评估情况,明确报警安全管理阻碍因素,组建多学科协作报警安全管理小组,明确警报管理团队人员及其职责,改善警报生命周期中重要环节管理。统计管理前后仪器无效报警率、护士报警应答率、护士处理报警能力及仪器报警相关不良事件。结果管理后仪器无效报警率低于管理前(P<0.05),护士报警应答率高于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后护士设备报警功能认知、临床误报警体验、报警参数设置评分高于管理前(P<0.05)。观察期间未发生仪器报警相关不良事件。结论多学科协作报警安全管理小组的构建能够改善报警安全管理措施,降低无效报警率,提高护士处理报警能力。Objective To explore the clinical effect of alarm safety management of medical instruments.Methods To gather the general information of alarm equipment and the evaluation of clinical alarm management experience scale that developed by the nurses from a total of 30 beds in the integrated ICU of our hospital and 57 nurses on the job from July 2018 to March 2019,which was set this study subject to clarify the obstructive factor of alarm safety management,establish a multidisciplinary collaborative alarm safety management team and clarify the personnel and responsibilities of the alarm management team,and improve the management of important links in the alarm life cycle.Statistics The invalid alarm rate of instruments,response rate of nurses for alarm,ability of alarm handled by nurses and adverse events related to instruments alarm were counted before and after management.Results After the management,the invalid alarm rate of instruments was lower than that before management(P<0.05),and the response rate of nurses for alarm was higher than that before management(P<0.05).After the management,the nurses'recognition to equipment alarm function,clinical false alarm experience,and alarm parameter setting score were higher than those before management(P<0.05).No adverse events related to instrument alarms occurred during the observation period.Conclusion The construction of a multidisciplinary collaborative alarm safety management team can improve alarm safety management measures,reduce the rate of invalid alarms,and improve nurses'ability to handle alarms.
