碱提红花蜂花粉多糖对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的影响

摘　　要：观察碱提红花蜂花粉多糖(APBPC)对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。取昆明种小白鼠50只,随机分为5组。除正常对照组外,其余各组每天颈背皮下注射D-半乳糖120 mg/kg,连续42天,造成亚急性衰老模型。在注射D-半乳糖的同时,给药组每天分别灌胃给予APBPC 100 mg·kg^-1,200 mg·kg^-1,400 mg·kg^-1,正常对照组及模型对照组则给等容积生理盐水。末次给药12 h后,分别测定各组小鼠血清及肝、脑组织衰老相关生化指标。结果表明,与模型组相比,APBPC能使小鼠血清及肝、脑组织SOD和GSH-Px活性明显回升,MDA水平显著下降。结果提示APBPC能拮抗D-半乳糖所致小鼠衰老作用,其机制与其抗氧化作用相关。To observe the effect of alkali-soluble polysaccharide from bee pollen of carthamus tinctorius(APBPC)on anti-oxidation in D-galactose induced aging mice.Taking 50 Kunming mice and randomly divided into 5 groups.Except for the normal control group,other groups were given D-galactose of 120mg/kg by subcutaneous injection at the neck back of the mice for 42 days to establish the sub-acute aged model.At the same time of injection Dgalactose,the experimental groups were received APBPC 100 mg·kg^-1,200 mg·kg^-1,400 mg·kg^-1 respectively by gastric administration.The normal control and aged model groups were given the same volume of normal saline.After 12 h of the last administration,the aging related biochemistry indexes in serum and liver were assayed for each group.The results showed that compared with the model group,APBPC could significantly increase the activities of SOD,GSH-Px,and decrease the content of MDA in serum,liver and brain tissues in the mice.The results suggested APBPC can antagonize D-galactose-induced aging in mice,and the mechanism may relate to its antioxidant effect.
