摘  要:针对当前建筑工程中施工组织设计方案难以决策的问题,结合网络层次分析法(ANP)和模糊理论(Fuzzy)的基本原理,综合考虑影响建筑工程中施工组织设计选择的因素,从施工进度、技术方案、管理措施3方面的9个指标,构建了建筑工程施工组织设计决策的ANP-Fuzzy综合评判指标体系模型,并将该模型用于实际工程的优选应用中。在实际应用中,通过计算,得出拟选施工组织设计方案的优越度分别为3.0239、2.8451和2.5892,从而确定第1种施工组织设计方案为最优决策。该模型的成功应用,为建筑工程中施工组织设计方案的优选提供了新的方法。In view of the problem that it is difficult to make decision on the construction organization design scheme in the current construction engineering,combined with the basic principles of the network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)and fuzzy theory,comprehensively considering the factors affecting the selection of the construction organization design in the construction engineering,this paper constructs the ANP of the construction organization design decision-making from the construction progress,technical scheme and management measures-The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system model is applied to the optimization of practical engineering.In practical application,through calculation,the superiority of the proposed construction organization design scheme is 3.0239,2.8451 and 2.5892,respectively,which determines that the first construction organization design scheme is the optimal decision.The successful application of the model provides a new method for the optimization of construction organization design scheme in construction engineering.
