摘　　要：本文分析了用能机构选择EPC项目合作伙伴的动机和选择倾向,提出了不同采购环境下合作伙伴选择倾向的研究假设,并通过对成功EPC案例的分析进行验证,为用能机构的合作伙伴选择提出了适用的途径和相关的建议。This paper analyzes the cooperation motivation and selection tendency of energy-using institutions in selecting EPC project partners,puts forward the research hypothesis of partner selection tendency under different procurement environments,and verified the hypothesis through the successful EPC cases,which can provide the applicable approaches and relevant suggestions for the partner selection of energy-using institutions in EPC project.
