摘  要:采用“铁水预处理(脱硫)一顶底复吹转炉-LF-RH-板坯连铸”工艺,为控制铸坯偏析,采用低C、低Mn、低P成分设计,为了控制MnS夹杂及[H]引起的HIC开裂,S含量控制在15 ppm以下、[H]控制在1.0 ppm以下,同时添加少量Al,确保Al/N≥2,并采用Nb、Ti复合微合金化技术,通过转炉后搅、选用优质白灰及合金等手段,实现了高洁净钢的冶炼。铸坯偏析控制在C类0.5级以下,钢中B类夹杂物控制在1.0级以下,未发现其它夹杂物,成分满足双抗管线要求,实现批量生产抗氢致开裂及硫应力腐蚀开裂(双抗)管线用钢Gr.BMS.In order to control slab segregation,the process of"hot metal pretreatment(desulfurization)-top and bottom combined blowing converter-If-rh-slab continuous casting"was adopted.In order to control the composition of low C,low Mn and low P,and to control the inclusion of MNS and HIC cracking caused by[H],the content of S was controlled below 15 ppm and[H]was con trolled below 1.Oppm.At the same time,a small amount of Al was added to ensure that Al/N≥2.Nb and Ti composite microalloying technology was adopted By means of stirring after converter,selecting high quality lime and alloy,the smelting of high clean steel is realized.The segregation of billet is controlled below class C 0.5,the inclusion of class B is controlled below class 1.0,no other inclusion is found,the composition meets the requirements of double resistance pipeline,and the steel gr.bms for batch production of double resistance pipeline steel to hydrogen induced cracking and sulfur stress corrosion cracking(double resistance)is realized.
