摘　　要：文旅融合背景下公共图书馆迎来与旅游融合发展的良好契机,开展研学旅行服务工作,对公共图书馆发挥自身资源优势、履行社会教育职责、提升中小学生素质教育效果,具有重要的意义。文章结合政府部门对研学旅游一般原则和实施要求的规定,在对研学旅行和一般旅游活动进行比较的基础上,从社会教育力和情景式体验两个理论维度出发,分析公共图书馆开展研学旅行服务的基础、优势和前景。公共图书馆可以为中小学生学习传统文化、提高科学素养、培育道德品质等提供体验式的研学旅行情境,公共图书馆应当加强资源、服务、空间、氛围、安保等多方面的工作,打造富有吸引力的研学旅行目的地。Under the background of integration of culture and tourism,the public library ushers in a good opportunity for the integration with tourism.It is of great significance for public libraries to play their own resource advantages,fulfill social education responsibilities,and improve the quality education effect of primary and secondary school students.Combining with the general principles and implementation requirements of government departments on study tourism,based on the comparison between study tourism and general tourism activities,this paper analyzes the basis,advantages and prospects of public library’s study tourism service from two theoretical dimensions of social education and situational experience.The research shows that public library can provide experiential study tourism situation for primary and secondary school students to learn traditional culture,improve scientific literacy and cultivate moral quality;public library should strengthen its work from resources,services,space,atmosphere,security and other aspects to create an attractive study tourism destination.
