摘　　要：东北三省是我国粮食主产区之一,对于稳定全国粮食供给具有至关重要的作用。东北地区振兴规划中明确提出要在东北地区建成“现代化国家级粮食基地”,以确保东北地区的粮食安全,稳步提高粮食生产能力和商品粮供给能力。本文首先通过对东北粮食安全现状的研究发现东北地区粮食安全所面临的问题,并探讨问题成因;其次分析了东北地区粮食安全的影响因素,最后提出了保障东北地区粮食安全的对策。The three provinces in Northeast my country are one of the main grain-producing regions in China,and they play a vital role in stabilizing the national grain supply.The revitalization plan for the Northeast region clearly stated that a“modern state-level grain base”should be built in the Northeast region to ensure food security in the Northeast region and steadily improve the grain production capacity and commodity grain supply capacity.This paper first finds the problems facing food security in Northeast China through the research on the current situation of food security in Northeast China,and discusses the causes of the problems;secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of food security in Northeast China,and finally puts forward countermeasures to ensure food security in Northeast China.
