摘　　要：黄埔古村位于广州市核心城区,毗邻“粤海第一关”——黄埔古港,2002年被列入市级文物保护单位,2015年被列入中国传统村落保护名单,具有较高的保护价值。针对整体文化形象缺乏、空间活化不充分、古建筑破坏严重、管理权责不清晰等发展困局,“古村活化项目”通过重新定义古村空间、建立文化共识等方式活化古村资源,探索了古村未来发展的可能性。Huangpu Ancient Village is located in the core area of Guangzhou City,near"the first pass of Guangdong Sea"—Huangpu Ancient Port.It was listed as a city-level cultural relic protection unit in 2002 and a traditional Chinese village protection list in 2015.In view of the development difficulties such as the lack of overall cultural image,insufficient space activation,serious damage to ancient buildings and unclear management powers and responsibilities,through redefining the space of ancient village and establishing cultural consensus,"ancient village activation project"revitalizes ancient village resources and explores the possibility of future development of ancient village.
