摘 要:突发公共事件有可能影响到大学生的心理健康,而阅读可以有效缓解应激情绪,高校图书馆可以在这方面提供相应的服务。浙江工业大学图书馆在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间推出了“漫读电台”栏目,基于阅读疗法机理,以历史上的今天为基点,师生同创分享好书,通过声音传递价值、疗愈恐惧、抚慰焦虑等情绪,帮助疫情期间宅家的大学生摆脱精神引导缺失的困境,减少心理问题的产生。文章具体介绍了“漫读电台”栏目设置的背景与目的、设计与流程、效果与意义,并总结了疫情期间开展阅读推广的经验,以期为高校图书馆应急服务提供参考。Public emergencies affect the mental health of college students.Reading can effectively relieve emotional stress and university libraries can provide more services in this regard.“Reading Today”program is based on the mechanism of reading therapy and with the day in history as base to share good books with teachers and students together.The program delivers the value of book with sound which can soothe and heal the fear,anxiety and other emotions,solve the dilemma of college students lack of spiritual guidance during the epidemic and reduce the occurrence of psychological problems.The paper introduces the background and purpose,the design and process,the effect and the value of the program and shares the experience of reading promotion during the epidemic,with the hope to help university libraries to play their roles in public emergencies.
