摘  要:通过高速转动的叶片形空化器,可形成可控的超空泡。对于旋转超空泡的研究,非常重要而又十分复杂。本文采用数值仿真计算的方法,建立三维几何模型,采用Ansys Fluent软件进行模拟求解,对四叶片旋转空化器的工作特性进行分析。研究结果表明,旋转空化器形成的超空泡具有很强的规律性。在超空泡尾部具有明显的溃灭而形成向超空泡内部的射流,射流的产生使得超空泡尾部都具有内凹结构。在低转速下,旋转叶片尖端后部的回流使得超空泡无法覆盖叶片尖端,而随转速的增大超空泡逐渐覆盖叶片的尖端后部。旋转空化器转速的提升对超空泡的形成具有很明显的作用,形成的超空泡体积随转速呈指数增长。本文所得到的超空泡演变规律对旋转空化器的设计和应用都具有重要的参考意义。Controllable supercavitation can be formed by a blade-shaped cavitation rotating at a high speed.The study of rotating supercavitation is very important and very complicated.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is employed with a three-dimensional geometric model.The simulation is solved by Ansys Fluent,and the working characteristics of the four-blade rotating cavitator are analyzed.The results show that the supercavitation formed by the rotating cavitator has a strong regularity.There is a significant collapse at the tail of the supercavitation to form a jet into the interior of the supercavitation,and the generation of the jet causes the supercavitating tail to have a concave structure.At low rotating speeds,the backflow at the back of the tip of the rotating blade prevents the supercavitation to cover the blade tip,and as the rotating speed increases,the supercavitation gradually covers the back of the tip of the blade.The increase of the rotating speed of the rotating cavitator has a significant effect on the formation of supercavitation,and the volume of supercavitation increases exponentially with the rotational speed.The evolution rule of supercavitation obtained in this paper has important reference significance for the design and application of rotary cavitation.
