摘 要:当前,大机组通流改造是提升火力发电效能的一种传统有效方法。然而,通流改造改变了汽轮机缸体内部蒸汽的流动特性,极易产生威胁机组运行安全的汽流激振问题;甚至,实际不少机组通流改造后,为了保证汽轮机轴系运转的安全稳定性,不得不投运经济性低下的单阀调节方式。本文以2台亚临界600 MW机组为对象,为了解决汽轮机通流改造后在喷嘴调节方式下出现的轴系振动失稳问题,针对高调阀组进汽模式切换组合方法进行试验研究,基于理论分析及试验结果设计了融合加大调门重叠度与双对角的喷嘴组合进汽规律及DEH切换逻辑方案。实现应用效果显示:该方法可以防止汽流激振引发的汽轮机轴振失稳问题,并且部分负荷时的节流损失远小于单阀方式,实现了汽轮机运行经济性与安全性的兼顾。利用该方法对2台同类型600 MW汽轮机的振动失稳问题进行处理,也取得了良好的效果。At present,it’s a traditional and effective method to improve the efficiency of thermal power generation.However,steam turbine through-flow transformation changes the flow characteristics of steam inside the cylinder block,which is easy to cause steam flow excitation which threatens the operation safety of the unit.In fact,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the operation of steam turbine shafting,many units have to operate single valve regulation mode with low economy.Based on 2 sets of 600 MW subcritical as the object,in order to solve the turbine after transformation on the flow in a nozzle adjustment mode of shafting vibration buckling problems,aiming at high-profile switch valve group admission mode combination method,experimental study based on the theoretical analysis and test results of design fusion increase the degree of overlap and double diagonal nozzle combination law of admission and DEH switching logic.The application results show that the method can prevent the instability of steam turbine shaft vibration caused by steam flow excitation,and the throttle loss of partial load is much less than that of the single-valve mode,which realizes the consideration of both economy and safety of steam turbine operation.This method is used to deal with the vibration instability of two 600 MW steam turbines of the same type,and good results are obtained.
