摘  要:为提高间冷冰箱冷藏室的冷藏性能,本文分别对三种结构的出风口、具有不同出风角度的出风口以及不同出风速度的间冷冰箱冷藏室的温度场和流场进行数值模拟,通过对比上中两层的平均温度、温度标准差,分析不同情况下间冷冰箱冷藏室的温度分布和温降效果。模拟结果表明,圆形、一字形、侧边送风等三种出风口形式的冷藏室在温度分布和温降效果上的表现有所不同;随着出风角度与速度的变化,冷藏室内的温度分布和温降效果呈现出一定的规律性变化。本文的研究结果为间冷冰箱冷藏室的设计和研发提供了思路。In order to improve the refrigerating performance of the cold storage refrigerators,the temperature field and flow field under different conditions,including three kinds of inlet structures,air inlet with different angles and different speed,are numerically simulated.By comparing the average temperature and standard deviation of the upper and middle layers,the temperature distribution and temperature of the air-cooled refrigerator are analyzed under different conditions.The simulation results show that the circular air inlet,the one-shaped air inlet and the side air inlet have different performances in temperature distribution and temperature drop effect;with the change of the angle and speed,the temperature distribution and temperature drop effect in the refrigerating room show a certain regular change.The research results in this paper provide ideas for the design and development of the cold storage refrigerators.
